Yes. SwissClear also supports EU-based sellers who want to reach Swiss customers in a tax-compliant and frictionless way.

Do I need an account to use SwissClear?

Yes. Creating an account allows you to track your orders, manage delivery preferences, and view your history.

Yes. You pay a final CHF amount that includes product cost, EU-VAT deduction, shipping, customs duties, Swiss VAT, and SwissClear fees. No surprises later.

How is the price calculated?

SwissClear automatically deducts EU VAT, adds shipping to France, then calculates Swiss import VAT, duties, and our handling fee.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, TWINT, and Swiss QR bills.

Can I pay in euros or another currency?

No — all payments are processed in Swiss francs (CHF) for clarity and compliance.

How long do I have to return an item?

This depends on the return policy of the seller. SwissClear will help ensure compliance with their terms (usually 14–30 days).

Can I cancel an order after payment?

If the product hasn’t been purchased yet, yes. Otherwise, cancellation will be treated as a return.

Do you refund the full amount in case of return?

Yes, once the seller confirms receipt of the returned item, we refund your payment minus any non-refundable logistics fees.

Yes. SwissClear France buys the products VAT-free and transfers them to SwissClear Switzerland, where Swiss VAT is properly applied.

Do I get an invoice?

Yes. You’ll receive a full invoice in CHF, including all taxes and service details.

What is a SwissClear pickup point?

It’s a collection point (locker, postal counter, or partner shop) where you can receive your parcel if home delivery isn’t ideal.

How do I select a pickup point?

During checkout, you’ll be offered the option to choose the closest available pickup location based on your postal code.

Can I change my pickup point after ordering?

Yes, as long as the parcel hasn’t been dispatched yet. Contact support quickly to request the change.

What happens if I don’t collect my parcel?

After a set period (usually 7–10 days), the parcel is returned to our logistics hub. You’ll be contacted to arrange a redelivery at your expense.
